Rest Haven expansion climbing higher Steinbach Online A spokesperson for Rest Haven in Steinbach says construction is progressing very well on their multi-million dollar project. In early October, crews officially broke ground on the project, which will eventually see 143 brand new suites on that site. David Driedger, Chief Executive Officer for HavenGroup says he is very pleased that Penn-Co and the sub-trades were able to continue construction through the entire spring season.
