SUPERvisor - superVISION - ATTC Listening Session Series ATTC Supervisors (clinical, peer, other) we need your insight and expertise! Providing supervision, in the best of times, includes pressure to do more with less on top of on-boarding new staff, performing administrative tasks, overseeing day to day work, and assuring the effective use of evidence-based practices. That’s a lot to balance. We invite you to share your experience, with us and with each other during one of three Listening Sessions. We are convening these virtual sessions to gather your ideas about what helps and what can help you carry out your responsibilities and maintain your well-being. Supervisors are important and critical to the effectiveness of staff and the quality of services provided.
