SPECIAL SYMPOSIUM: Cancer Rehabilitation Guidelines: Synthesizing Guideline Recommendations to Inform Practice ACRM The ACRM Cancer Rehabilitation Networking Group has taken on a multi-year project towards guideline development. This work has yielded a large systematic review and analysis of the existing body of literature and has leveraged these findings towards the development of a guideline. A separate effort by the World Health Organization (WHO) has focused on scoping and analyzing cancer guidelines world-wide to compile recommendations for rehabilitation interventions. This special symposium featuring Dr. Daniel Santa Mina and colleagues at the ACRM Annual Conference on 23 October will bring together the findings of these two major projects and present a synthesis of this work that will inform guideline concordant care for rehabilitation professionals in the field of oncology.
