The next COVID-19 relief and stimulus bill must include funding to support our schools and prepare our educators for teaching in a disrupted environment. This should include professional development for educators on (1) distance learning online; (2) the effective integration and use of technology; and (3) ensuring that students of color, students with disabilities, and students from low-income households are not left behind.
