Fairlife debuts new lactose-free line, fairlife light ice cream Dairy Herd Management Just in time for National Ice Cream Month, Coca-Cola’s fairlife has partnered with Boardwalk Frozen Treats to launch a new lactose-free ice cream line, fairlife Light Ice Cream. The frozen treat is made from fairlife’s signature ultra-filtered milk and will be available in seven different flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, cookies & cream, chocolate peanut butter, double fudge brownie, java chip and mint chip. Depending on the flavor, the product contains eight or nine grams of protein and has 40% less sugar than traditional ice cream, according to a company press release. READ MORE
