An application has recently been submitted to the City of Toronto to build a 65-storey mixed-use building in the Yonge-Eglinton area. If approved, this would become the new tallest tower in midtown. Earlier this month, an application for Zoning By-Law Amendment was submitted to City planners to permit the mixed-use tower, which will contain 663 dwelling units, 550 square metres of commercial space, and three levels of underground parking.
