Behind-closed-doors Goodwood Speedweek poised for October Classic Driver If, like us, you’re gutted that there will be no Festival of Speed or Revival this year, the news that Goodwood will televise a behind-closed-doors automotive event on its website and social media channels from Oct. 16-18 will be a welcome surprise. Described by the Duke of Richmond as “the fastest, most exciting and spectacular event” Goodwood has ever staged, Speedweek will be a hybrid of the Festival of Speed and the Revival and comprise traditional circuit races, a rally competition, a Bonhams collector car auction and a one-lap shootout.
