Province equips police with mental health response app Winnipeg Free Press Manitoba will become the first province to equip all police services with an online diagnostic tool to better respond to calls concerning a mental health crisis. "It helps police better understand what mental health services an individual in crisis requires," Justice Minister Cliff Cullen said at a news conference, announcing the provincewide rollout of the HealthIM software system.
