Rescind this final rule — sign the petition (NEPA) ASLA The Trump Administration released their final rule making drastic and disastrous changes to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). ASLA has opposed these rules changes since they were first unveiled in January, both through multiple statements and through the submission of formal comments. The Administration did not make any major changes to their original rule, which would destroy most of the important provisions of NEPA. ASLA released a statement decrying this final rule, which ASLA Government Affairs disseminated to all members. ASLA Government Affairs also started a petition to the White House urging them to rescind this final rule. Please sign the petition if you have not done so already.
