LifeSkills Substance Abuse Prevention Grant OSPI Once again OSPI is offering the LifeSkills Substance Abuse Prevention Grant for middle schools throughout the state to teach the Botvin LifeSkills Training Middle School Program. This grant allows schools to purchase the curriculum and pays for teachers to be trained to teach it. The current grant deadline is Aug. 13, but if funds are still available after the 13th (which most likely they will be), I will open the grant back up for more applicants. Schools can apply for the grant in iGrants. It is Form Package 761. The Botvin LifeSkills Middle School Program has been aligned with the Washington State Health and Physical Education Standards.
