Far North Dallas Retail and Office Campus Getting a Makeover The Dallas Morning News A stretch of Belt Line Road in Far North Dallas is getting a makeover with a new mixed-use project. Houston-based Triten Real Estate Partners plans to redo the property at 5495 Belt Line, west of Preston Road, into a combination of office and retail space.
