Clean Start: Back to Work Tax Credit Act BOMA Greater Dallas As Congress considers the next round of COVID-19 stimulus funding, BOMA International is urging BOMA members to contact their congressional representative and advocate for support of H.R. 7079, the Clean Start: Back to Work Tax Credit Act. COVID-19 has significantly increased operating expenses in commercial buildings and this important tax credit would provide up to $25,000 per location for COVID-19-related cleaning expenses, including increased janitorial services, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, and training.
