Important COVID-19 Guidelines Survey CCAPP CCAPP has been asked to provide input regarding COVID-19 mitigation for programs at each stage of re-opening. There have been numerous guidelines and suggestions for SUD and behavioral health facilities, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and group homes. These can be confusing and contradictory.
