RBMA announces 2020 Founders’ Day of free programming benefiting the Foundation RBMA On Friday, Aug. 21, 2020, RBMA will celebrate its official founding day, Aug. 21, 1968 with a free day of education and extended edition of the popular ...a Word with Bob LIVE program. Registration is complimentary, however we are asking for donations of any amount to the RBMA Foundation for Education and Research. The Foundation launched just under a year ago with a goal of $100,000 raised in its first year. As of today we are 36% of the way to our goal. Foundation funds are used for three specific objectives: education (accessible programming and scholarships), research and and financial support for members who have suffered catastrophic loss. This morning, RBMA President Linda Wilgus, CPA, CMPE, acknowledged budgets are tight right now and therefore donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.
