MISAC President Helen Hall Retires – Roseville's Hong Sae Assumes Presidency MISAC (On July 30th, MISAC Executive Director Brad Walker posted the following message on the association’s internal message platform, MISAConnect). For personal reasons (not related to health), MISAC President Helen Hall will be retiring as the IT Manager for the City of Fullerton effective Friday, July 31st. As such, Helen has resigned her position as the MISAC President. MISAC Vice President Hong Sae, City of Roseville, will assume the MISAC presidency effective August 1st. I am sure all MISAC members join me in thanking Helen for her very dedicated service to the association at both the state and chapter level and look forward to seeing Helen at MISAC conferences in the future.
