Help with small business program applications available The Hudson Reporter As New Jersey remains stuck in Phase 2 of reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic due to an increased transmission rate, small businesses are struggling to stay afloat. The city has helped small businesses throughout the pandemic through grant programs and other initiatives. A table at city hall has been set up to help businesses.
