Florida DOT selects developer for I-4/S.R. 557 interchange reconstruction Roads & Bridges The Florida DOT (FDOT) has selected Skanska to lead the reconstruction of I-4 at S.R. 557 interchange in Central Florida. Construction on the $70.5 million design-build project is expected to begin in September 2020 and completion is slated for summer 2023.
