28-Year-Old Arrested Twice in One Hour, Spits in Deputy's Face During Arrest WRGB-TV Police say a 28-year-old woman was arrested twice in one hour by Fulton County (New York) Sheriff’s deputies in the Town of Johnstown. Police say Cassandra Perreault was arrested at just before 3 p.m. at 109 County Highway 107 after being disorderly and causing a disturbance. Perreault was arrested, removed from the scene, and released on an appearance ticket for disorderly conduct. READ MORE
