But thanks to COVID-19 and a whole lot of other problems, this has not been a sweet year for those who grow peaches, plums and other fruit. “The main problem is we don’t have enough workers to get all the fruit off the trees,” said legendary farmer Mike Culp, whose family has been providing Ontario with fresh fruit for 240 years.
