Survey on Moral Distress for Social Workers SWHPN Moral distress, when a healthcare professional cannot do what they feel is a morally correct course of action, is limitedly studied, and it is unknown how the pandemic is impacting experiences of moral distress for social workers working with those who are seriously ill. The purpose of this study is to explore how social workers are experiencing moral distress during the pandemic.
