Schwab: It’s hiring as usual for many advisory firms Financial Advisor IQ The global pandemic isn’t stopping most advisory firms from recruiting new talent, according to a recent study from Schwab Advisor Services. Most advisory firms surveyed by Schwab plan to hire advisors and staff within the next 12 months from when they were surveyed in January to April this year, according to the company’s 2020 RIA Benchmarking Study, although the firm didn’t provide the actual percentage.
