Green Bay Area Public Schools Vote to Start 2020-21 School Year Virtually Spectrum News 1 The Green Bay Area Public Schools Board of Education voted to start the 2020-2021 school year virtually. The board voted 5-2 for the "off-site instruction model," one of three models the district will follow in the upcoming school year to guide how they will handle holding classes during the pandemic.
