New service road to be named in memory of 19-year-old who died in south Perimeter collision CBC News A new service road off a busy section of the southwest Perimeter Highway is especially meaningful for a Manitoba family who lost a son and brother in the area last year. The road, which will connect Waverley Street to the Brady Road landfill, will be named in memory of 19-year-old Ethan Boyer, who was killed in a collision on the Perimeter Highway at Brady Road in October 2019. "To all other family and friends who lost loved ones at this location and along this highway, this is for you also," said Ethan's mother, Sue Zuk-Boyer, at a press conference on Wednesday. READ MORE
