Our 2020 Educational Conference and Expo will be held virtually this year! This shift to a virtual format allows us to provide our usual educational experience, while maintaining the safety of our members – however we will need to utilize some new tools to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly. For security purposes, if you plan to attend the conference, you will be required to have your own Zoom account. A personal Zoom account is easy to set up, and free – just click HERE! We strongly recommend that if you do not already have a Zoom account, that you set one up BEFORE the conference.
We will also be utilizing a conference app! This app will allow you to find information about the conference, receive updates, and connect with your colleagues. Your conference app login will be associated with the e-mail address you used to complete your conference registration. We suggest that you use the same email to create your Zoom account – however we understand that some institutions and workplaces do not allow employees to use their work emails for personal purposes. If that is the case, it is fine to use a different email address to create your Zoom account – however you may need to access both emails throughout the conference.
