300 affordable housing units coming to Otay Ranch The San Diego Union-Tribune More than 300 units of affordable housing are coming to Otay Ranch. The City Council recently moved forward with a plan that would bring 331 low- and moderate-income housing to a vacant plot of land just west of Olympian High School.
