This full-day Instructional Course will provide in-depth training and knowledge translation regarding self-management for individuals with stroke. Attendees will identify self-management strategies appropriate for their clients, brainstorm ways to incorporate various techniques into practice, and discuss barriers and implementation plans in small groups.
