SWHPN Member Accountability Group for Allies Source From the June SWHPN Summit, SWHPN developed an accountability group for allies that will meet every other week, beginning on Thurs 8/27 at 12pm EST. We will facilitate working through the "Me and White Supremacy" workbook (by Layla Saad) together, using the Circle Way as suggested by the author. Future dates will be: 9/10, 9/24, 10/1, 10/15, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3 and 12/17, at least through the end of this year. This work group is exclusively for SWHPN members that want to do more to address dismantling structural racism at their workplaces, by addressing implicit and explicit bias. If you are interested in joining and committed to actively participating, please send an email to membership@swhpn.org by 8/21/20. In the meantime, please feel to obtain a copy of the book, and ideally a notebook or journal of some kind. JOIN THE GROUP
