Saint-Nazaire Kicks Off Cable Installation 4C Offshore News Réseau de Transport d'Électricité (RTE) recently commenced installation of the export cable for EDF Renouvelables’ Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm, off the French coast. Works began on the Courance beach. In total, 33 kilometers of 225 kV subsea cable and 27 kilometers of underground cable will be installed to connect the 80 x 6 MW turbines to the French grid.
