Opinion: The Forest Industry is Essential — So Are the Employees Who Work in It The Hill, Aug. 19, 2020 Rep. Bruce Westerman, R-Ark., writes, "Not only does forestry have a large economic impact, but it's also central to the conservation of our natural resources. H-2B visas provide the Forest Service with workers to help reforest after wildfire and assist private companies in maintaining state mandated forest-certification requirements.
