Alberta will move to Stage 2 of relaunch shortly, premier says CBC News The entire province of Alberta will move to Stage 2 of the government's economic relaunch plan shortly, Premier Jason Kenney said recently at a news conference. Some steps of the relaunch that were scheduled to wait until the third stage of the plan will be rolled into Stage 2, Kenney said.
