Register your agency now to participate in the 2020 Operation Dry Water weekend National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Join thousands of law enforcement officers, boating safety advocates, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) in this year's nationwide boating under the influence (BUI) campaign, Operation Dry Water. The Operation Dry Water heightened awareness and enforcement weekend will take place on July 3 - 5, 2020. During this three-day weekend and the 4th of July holiday, law enforcement officers will be on heightened alert for those violating boating under the influence laws. Please support the nationwide efforts to end boating under the influence by participating in this year's Operation Dry Water campaign.
