SPECIAL SYMPOSIUM: mRehab: New Models of Care Using Information & Communication Technology to Support Rehabilitation in the Home & Community ACRM Join us for the ACRM 2020 Annual Conference in-person or virtually to hear Michael Jones, PhD, FACRM present this timely Special Symposium. Mobile information and communication technologies (ICT) are reaching the maturity needed to support robust, remote mobile healthcare. As “digital health” catches on it is assisting in managing the provision of care throughout the health ecosystem, supporting the shift to value-based care. This presentation will introduce the newly-funded Rehabilitation Engineering Research Center on ICT Access for Mobile Rehabilitation. The RERC is a collaboration between Shepherd Center, Duke University, UC-Irvine, Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute, and two commercial partners with a mission to advance mRehab. READ MORE
