Operation Dry Water campaign resources now available National Association of State Boating Law Administrators The 2020 Operation Dry Water heightened awareness and enforcement weekend will take place July 3 - 5, 2020 nationwide. Enforcement and outreach materials such as flyers, press releases, press kits, PSAs, talking points and website banners are available online for use by campaign participants and outreach partners. These materials can be used to explain the importance and mission of the Operation Dry Water campaign and assist our partners in educating boaters about the dangers of boating under the influence. Campaign materials are available for both law enforcement and outreach & awareness campaigns.
