Aritzia Inc. chief executive Brian Hill describes a visit to one of his stores as a luxury experience, one that he’s spent years building at the Vancouver-based women’s fashion retailer. Most locations have an earthy design: The walls are lined with wooden panels, ferns are scattered throughout the store and mini terrariums are nestled on top of cashier counters made of rocks and minerals.
