Surgical resumption reaches 60 per cent target Sudbury Star Nearly 700 surgeries were completed at Health Sciences North in the first half June as clinical services are gradually reintroduced at the hospital. “From June 1 until June 15, HSN successfully performed 684 urgent and elective surgeries and procedures such as cancer surgeries, hip replacements and colonoscopies,” the hospital said. “This is about 60 per cent of our normal activity in the surgical program.” READ MORE
