Winnebago Industries reported an almost 24% drop in revenues for its fiscal third quarter, which ended May 30. Revenues fell to $402.5 million compared to $529 million for the same period in 2019. Gross profit was $32 million compared to $86.6 million for the period in 2019. “Our third fiscal quarter was a uniquely challenging time for Winnebago Industries, as it spanned the most intense portion of the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic in the U.S.,†said president and CEO Michael Happe. “As we look ahead, we’re optimistic about the slope of our company’s and industry’s recovery path, due to the strong demand rebound we witnessed in May and the positive trends we are seeing continue this summer.â€
