RV industry develops a model RV state franchise law RVDA RVIA and RVDA have developed a new model RV franchise law to promote cooperation between dealers and manufacturers and to enact state laws that benefit RV consumers. The new model law was released recently and is intended to serve as a framework for future RV-specific franchise laws.
