Campgrounds at Connecticut’s state parks and forests reopened recently after the state reported zero additional COVID-19-related deaths for the first time since mid-March. The partial reopening of the camping season started July 1, when 14 state park and forest campgrounds reopened only to RV campers with existing reservations and bathroom-equipped units.
