Coast Guard grants extension of offshore third party surveys Work Boat In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Coast Guard’s Outer Continental Shelf Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection (OCMI) has granted an extension for third party surveys for firefighting and lifesaving equipment until Sept. 30 on a case-by-case basis.
