Kentucky is launching a campaign to get more Black and Hispanic residents enrolled in health coverage to ensure they have care during the COVID-19 pandemic and to try to reduce racial disparities in health. Called "1-2-3 No Cost to Me," the campaign is aimed mostly at adding people eligible for Medicaid to the government health plan for low-income or disabled individuals.
