The cost for providing COVID-19 related leave to employees is fully reimbursable to employers who meet the eligibility criteria under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Employers can grant paid leave for an employee to take care of their health needs related to COVID-19 (paid sick leave credit) or to care for their family members (paid family leave credit).
