Earlier this year, the Canadian Institute of Food Science and Technology was forced to cancel its national conference in Winnipeg due to the pandemic. Since then we have been working hard on the delivery of weekly webinars covering a broad range of topics and speakers. Over the past few weeks we have been asked about organizing a national event that would provide a virtual showcase for our industry supplier members as well as learning opportunities for the broad spectrum of CIFST members and stakeholders.
